Company Formation & Free Zones

- Entrepreneur/Company Visa (2-3 years): Establish company in UAE (free zone or mainland), obtain employment visa through own company. Renewable as long as company active.
- No minimum physical presence required to maintain visa (though tax residency requires 183+ days or other ties)
- Family sponsorship: spouse, children, parents possible
- No pathway to citizenship for investors (Emirati citizenship restricted, though exceptional cases granted)
